Possession of Darkness

Okay, uploading this before I go find some lunch because I'm too lazy to have to log back on afterwards.

I seem to enjoy torturing my poor OC at the moment don't I? I'm such an evil creator.
Right, this is a pic I've been wanting to draw for ages and so this week I sat down and actually got to work on it.

It was HELL to draw.
First, Appolene's pose was tricky because she had to be shocked and in sudden pain and because Black Dranzer moves very fast it had to still be bent back slightly...can people bend like that?

Souzou: It's not that bent.

Yeah, I guess.
And then there was Black Dranzer. Oooh, I hate drawing birds profile. This is my first actual attempt at Dranzer/Black Dranzer and for a first go it turned out alright although some tweeking may be in order.
Also, because I drew it so big it overlapped onto two sheets of A4 paper so I had to try and make it look like a seemless join when I CGed it.

Okay, now to what the picture is supposed to represent?

Well, this is something from my OA sequel where Biovolt use Appolene to get to Kai by tricking her into "testing" Black Dranzer. When she releases it into the dish the power is too overwhelming and Black Dranzer takes control of her, causing her to go kinda insane and evil. He possesses her I suppose...sorta like the cyber bit-beasts and Team Psykick (is that how the team name is spelt?).
Him shooting through her is him taking control.
